Cancellation & Refunds: Online Tutoring

If for any reason you change your mind, raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase of a subscription.

Refund request can be initiated by sending an email to refund@gettutors.online with the Subject: Refund Request, citing the reasons for the refund request, with the screenshot of the payment made and mentioning the subscription availed. You can also call or message Admin or Coordinator in this regard and we will issue you a 100% refund.

Any refund request beyond 7 days (includes working and non-working) of purchasing a subscription will not be accepted and NO REFUND will be provided.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

The refund for the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be executed within 3 working days of the customer’s notification, using the same source (original method of payment).

Discontinuing the services

Get Tutors Online has well paid qualified faculty to impart lectures to the student. However, if for any reason, student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at support@gettutors.online otherwise refunds are not possible.

Get Tutors Online reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Get Tutors Online.
