When you’re signing up, you’ve agreed to all these terms and conditions. Please have a look at these before the enrollment in any program:

For the motive of these phrases:

‘We’ and ‘us’ mean Team Get Tutors Online, the brand responsible for your online tutoring program, and ‘you’ indicates the student.

Working Hours

We have different timeslots available for different regions like:

For United Kingdom, we’re working Monday to Friday 16:00 to 00:00 GMT
For USA/Canada, we’re working Monday to Friday 12:00 to 21:00 EST

Please note our team of tutors work only on weekday (Mon to Fri); unfortunately managing a session on weekend is not possible for us as we save weekends for the family.

Informed Leaves

A makeover/makeup session will only be provided against an informed leave that includes sick leave, emergency leave etc. Please note to avail a makeover you must give us at least 24 hours prior notice for your session cancellation.

In case a notice is provided to us in less than 24 hours, we are not liable to provide you any makeover for that missing session.

In case your tutor requested for the cancellation of session we will provide you with a makeover.

Class length

Each class length will be of 50 to 60 minute and it can never be less than 50 minutes. If because of some reason lesson length is of less than 50 minutes, the remaining time will be added to the next session of the student.

Technical issues

Although the resources and tools we’re using are extremely reliable; we’ve been using these tools for more than 5 years now and most of the time we face no problem but in case there’s any mishap happen GTO will always accommodate you by providing substitute session.

In case there’s electricity, network connection or technical problems from your side, GTO will not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class.

Login User Name & Password

Once you decided to enroll with Get Tutors Online, we might provide you a username and password that you have to maintain for your regular session and should be kept confidential. You’ll be answerable for all the activities happening over your username and must not allow anyone else to use it. In case you forget your password or suspect unauthorized use of your username and password, immediately inform the support team of Get Tutors Online to deal with it.

Your Tutor

We will be responsible for assigning you a tutor for the duration of your lessons with us. We reserve the right to replace the instructor at any time to meet the needs of the topic or other circumstances. You are not allowed to share your contact information, including your phone number, mobile phone number, email address, or mailing address with your tutor. You are also not permitted to ask tutor’s personal contact information.

Pricing conditions

Whatever the subscription package you’ve chosen, all the payments must go in advance and Get Tutors Online will be responsible for having your money and providing you an instructor from our team, as per some serious condition, we might allow you to have a few days for the payment (Not More Than 7 days).

Scheduling conditions

After negotiating the best suitable time for the lesson, we’ll arrange your regular session with our instructor at a specific timeslot. In case you want to make any changes in lesson time or days, you can contact our support team at least 24-48 hours earlier and we’ll plan as earliest as possible considering the instructor availability.

Referral Program

If you refer someone there will always be a Referral Discount from our side and you’ll be having a significant amount of discount in the referred month fee only. (1 time bonus)

Discounts

Get Tutors Online offer various seasonal and off-season discounts to support parents and for that purpose we’ll notify you through email or social media.

We reserve the right to stop providing service if:

You are failing to pay your invoice by the 7th day of due date.
You fail to attend sessions for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed upon a break with our support team (Admin or Coordinator).
You have violated any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
Get Tutors Online decides that your actions are unacceptable for the continuation of service
You act in a way that threatens, intimidates, or harasses our employees or other trainees.

Privacy Policy

Get Tutors Online takes your privacy very seriously. The Get Tutors Online Privacy Statement applies to the information you disclose to us at the time of enrollment in our programme or at any other time. Our privacy policy, describes what information we gather, when we collect it, why we collect it, what we do with it, and who we can share it with. You can speak with our support team for more information. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Statement’s contents.

Our Holiday Plan

At Get Tutors Online, we have announced some official holidays for the relaxation of our tutors and students. These holidays are meant for family time and other than that we take no break from our service the entire year. You can find out about these holidays by clicking here. Please note there won’t be any makeover or refund applicable to these mentioned holidays.

Our Liabilities

In conditions outside our control we are not responsible for the delivery of services. Such events consisting of, but are not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, war, riots and, the collapse of telecommunication or power infrastructure. In case of such event, we will take reasonable actions in order to recommence the teaching activities with the least amount of inconvenience. If training sessions are not delivered because of any such event, we will arrange make up sessions for those.

Team Get Tutors Online is trying to keep our website and other online resources virus or malware free but we’re not responsible for the if your computing device got malware or anything harmful from an online platform, moreover, we’re also not responsible for the loss of your data, it’s your responsibility to take good care of your device and make sure you have an antivirus installed or malware detector installed.

Discontinuing the services

Get Tutors Online has well paid qualified faculty to impart lectures to the student. However, if for any reason, student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at support@gettutors.online otherwise refunds are not possible.
