โฐ Working Hours & Schedule

Our tutoring services operate during the following timeslots, Monday to Friday. Please note our tutors do not work on weekends.

Scheduling Conditions

After negotiating a suitable time, your regular session will be arranged at a specific timeslot. To make any changes to lesson time or days, you must contact our support team at least 24-48 hours earlier, and we will adjust based on instructor availability.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Leaves and Makeover Sessions

Informed Leaves & Cancellation

  • A makeover/makeup session will only be provided against an informed leave (e.g., sick leave, emergency leave).
  • To avail a makeover, you must give us at least 24 hours prior notice for your session cancellation.
  • If a notice is provided in less than 24 hours, we are not liable to provide you any makeover for that missing session.
  • A student can avail of only 2 makeovers against 2 informed leaves each month.

Tutor Cancellation

In case your tutor requests the cancellation of a session, we will provide you with a makeover.

๐Ÿ“ Class Length & Technical Issues

Class Length

Each class length will be 50 to 60 minutes and can never be less than 50 minutes. If, due to some reason, the lesson length is less than 50 minutes, the remaining time will be added to the student's next session.

Technical Issues

Although our resources and tools are reliable, in case of any mishap from our side, GTO will always accommodate you by providing a substitute session.

In case there are electricity, network connection, or technical problems from your side, GTO will not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class.

๐Ÿ”’ Account Security & Tutor Contact

Login User Name & Password

  • We might provide you a username and password that you must maintain and keep confidential.
  • You will be answerable for all the activities happening over your username and must not allow anyone else to use it.
  • Immediately inform the support team of Get Tutors Online if you forget your password or suspect unauthorized use of your username and password.

Your Tutor

We are responsible for assigning your tutor and reserve the right to replace the instructor at any time.

You are not allowed to share or ask for your tutor's personal contact information, including phone number, mobile phone number, email address, or mailing address.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing and Payment Conditions

Payment Structure

All subscription package payments must be made in advance. In some serious conditions, we might allow you a maximum of 7 days for the payment.

Late Fee

Each invoice must be paid when it is presented or by the due date. In case of any delay, a $2 per day late fee will be charged.

Discounts and Referral Program

  • Referral Program: If you refer someone, you will receive a significant amount of discount in the referred month fee only (1 time bonus).
  • Discounts: We offer various seasonal and off-season discounts, which will be notified via email or social media.

๐Ÿ›‘ Discontinuation of Services & Liability

We reserve the right to stop providing service if:

  • You are failing to pay your invoice by the 7th day of the due date.
  • You fail to attend sessions for two consecutive weeks unless a break has been agreed upon with our support team.
  • You have violated any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
  • Get Tutors Online decides that your actions are unacceptable for the continuation of service.
  • You act in a way that threatens, intimidates, or harasses our employees or other trainees.

Discontinuing the Services (Student Request)

If the student wants to discontinue the services, they must give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at support@gettutors.online, otherwise refunds are not possible.

Our Liabilities (Force Majeure)

In conditions outside our control (e.g., fire, flood, collapse of telecommunication or power infrastructure), we are not responsible for the delivery of services. We will take reasonable actions to recommence activities and will arrange make-up sessions if training sessions are not delivered due to such events.

We are not responsible if your computing device obtains malware or if you lose your data. It is your responsibility to ensure you have antivirus or malware detection installed.
