Our tutoring services operate during the following timeslots, Monday to Friday. Please note our tutors do not work on weekends.

After negotiating a suitable time, your regular session will be arranged at a specific timeslot. To make any changes to lesson time or days, you must contact our support team at least 24-48 hours earlier, and we will adjust based on instructor availability.
In case your tutor requests the cancellation of a session, we will provide you with a makeover.
Each class length will be 50 to 60 minutes and can never be less than 50 minutes. If, due to some reason, the lesson length is less than 50 minutes, the remaining time will be added to the student's next session.
Although our resources and tools are reliable, in case of any mishap from our side, GTO will always accommodate you by providing a substitute session.
In case there are electricity, network connection, or technical problems from your side, GTO will not be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class.
We are responsible for assigning your tutor and reserve the right to replace the instructor at any time.
You are not allowed to share or ask for your tutor's personal contact information, including phone number, mobile phone number, email address, or mailing address.
All subscription package payments must be made in advance. In some serious conditions, we might allow you a maximum of 7 days for the payment.
Each invoice must be paid when it is presented or by the due date. In case of any delay, a $2 per day late fee will be charged.
If the student wants to discontinue the services, they must give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at support@gettutors.online, otherwise refunds are not possible.
In conditions outside our control (e.g., fire, flood, collapse of telecommunication or power infrastructure), we are not responsible for the delivery of services. We will take reasonable actions to recommence activities and will arrange make-up sessions if training sessions are not delivered due to such events.
We are not responsible if your computing device obtains malware or if you lose your data. It is your responsibility to ensure you have antivirus or malware detection installed.
The Get Tutors Online Privacy Statement applies to the information you disclose to us. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Statementโs contents. You can speak with our support team for more information.
We have announced official holidays for tutor and student relaxation. These are the only breaks we take throughout the year.
